How To Break Your wrist or arm home?

Ok, so I want to break your wrist or arm, and I've tried for 2 months and nothing works. I've tried falling off my bike jump out of a tree, doing stunts stupis that a few times, stumble, Cartwheels, and nothing is all I do is sprain what should I do it to break. But no Cathedral of the jump of a roof or a hit with a sledgehammer. I'll do anything but please help me.

First, there is no problem with desiring to experience a little more to do. Yes, will be very painful, but I do not think anyone on this forum gives the right not to try to answer accurately, as opposed to continuously call you on your "idiocy." If you wanted a psycho analyze, as I believe many of these people do, maybe they use words more effectively than "stupid", "idiot" and "wrong" – Not to mention a better handle [any] of the psychological mechanisms that would lead a person to self harm. None of the currently used words into something positive, and shows only through their own lack of understanding by failing to formulate a good argument against this practice, all these answers have become. Should I really say that this forum is for relevant answers? Secondly, and to the point: I would not suggest breaking your arm. Bones that take a large indefinite amount of time to heal, and there are a large many many more nerve endings in-Ones arm unlike the wrist [sentence would hurt much more]. The wrist is very thin bones, and it is much easier to break when dropped, or just improperly rotated. If you have access to painkillers, take a pill, but not more than two before you do this. It will hurt, as you can imagine, and if you have at least may occur first sting of the fracture, the better. If you do not have access to drugs, taking about four Tylenol, Ibuprofen, or three, depending on your height / weight three p.m. to eight p.m. minutes before you try this. Do not drink caffeinated beverages three hours before or after the break. DO NOT TAKE aspirin. Aspirin is a blood thinner, and you do not want small pieces of bone gain in your bloodstream, possibly causing an aneurysm. You'll want to be hydrated, but be careful about eating anything before – the pain can you nauseous. If the initial break: I've read several places that if you rotate your hand back, your fingers are to your body and your palm facing down, and try to keep your body to lift that weight from your wrist will break. I see this as a viable option, because you can damage the joint. The best way, as I see it, a hammer – use not a sled! You want to break a bone, not demolish your hand! Place your hand on a flat and hard surface on its side, thumb pointing to the ceiling. Lift the hammer about three meters, then fall it with as much power as you feel comfortable. It takes only approx. £ 5 to break a leg – and you know it is broken if your hand starts to swell mostly within 5 to 10 minutes. If not, you must try again – but no more than once! It will probably painful the first time to do much more. This is your scaphoid break – probably a cast, but the simplest of hand / wrist to heal.
