How useful is exercise and meditation for a workout? Let's say for a powerful workout, When I meditate and my spirit free. Will be able to better control the pain with exercising. For example, I horse stance. (Martial Arts attitude). I can sit in for 5 minutes. When I meditate before I do that kind of exercise, I will to do more mental strength. Thank you
It is a somewhat useful keep your mind clear and calm so that when you work your not feel as busy and angry.
