How to take a sauna health

When you take a sauna, it suffices to remember is never a good idea to use alcohol or other drug that perspiration can increase or decrease the pressure pressure, such as cold and diet pills.

After leaving the sauna, wait a few minutes and let the body cool down before taking a shower. However, if you have acne, it is preferable to wash your face immediately after – while your face is still hot.

And finally, always be sure to check with your doctor if you have any medical conditions.
