Weights Exercise

Is doing cardio and weights in the same exercise session work together?
When I go to the gym and do 45 minutes of cardio and then 15 minutes of toning weights, that works together?
Cardio and weights do not go together due to the various benefits they give to your body. Cardio is your heart and lungs (to them strong and fit) increasses to keep your metabolism, so you have a greater capacity to burn fat burning body fat than to lose weight.
