Can anyone recommend a new workout routine?

I have to work and out in the gym for the last few years. I finally quit because I usually get so bored with the whole routine of isometric weightlifting and 20 minutes on the tread. I'm especially looking for a workout that shed fat while building good amount of the muscle. I weigh about 185 now and want to burn out around 15-20 pounds of fat and add approximately 15 pounds muscle. I am also planning to drop my gym membership and money is always tight and would like something I can do at home with minimal equipment purchases. I would also like a training that does not always take. I'm not looking for a quick, 5 minutes workout, but would like to be ready within 45 minutes to one hours. I've looked at routines, such as the 300 CrossFit training and education, but can not seem to a consensus on how well they work or not work found.

Just to let you know that it's not really possible to lose fat and add muscle at the same time. Doing both is only possible for users of steroids. So just concentrate on losing weight for now. I recommend a full body workout done 3x per week. Also you should eat less to lose weight
