Has anyone ever lost a significant amount of weight by using fitness videos / DVDs?

If so, how, how much time and have you enjoy? Hate going to the gym if I majorly self-conscious so ordered a couple of fitness DVDs in place so that I can exercise at home. Just want to know whether these has worked for someone else?

I never successfully working at home, but my current routine about 20% of the exercise is going home. Fitness and to see others motivates me to work. Plus it is a great way to socialize. If the other company of other people or other people looking for better health I can not cheat or skip my training.
