Weighted Exercise

What weightlifting / exercise routine that I follow as a beginner?
I'm 6 'and 200 pounds. I joined a gym and want to know what is best for exercise and weight lifting for toning only normal and perhaps a certain loss of the belly. The gym has treadmills, elipticals, etc and the area of weight that I know nothing … Any help on both or either is appreciated! Including how often a week to do so and any rotation. I've never worked before, but I'm generally weak.
3-4 times a week for 1-2 hours a day should be good. First upperbody lowerbody next day 2 high immediately below Since you are a beginner I just mess around to your first day to see how much weight is your top. You should try to put on muscle before toning. Start with simple dumbbell curls, go to bench presses squats. Ask some people in the gym to get help. The gym I I everyone is really nice and taught me the basics when I started training. When you've put on some muscle toning exercises are the same exercises to do but the representatives of smaller weight and height.
