Is the Nintendo Wii fitness help weight loss?

Well I was already thinking of buying a Wii, but the fitness and sports games to help lose weight?

yes I have all three Wii Fitness games and they certainly do help you lose weight or she did for me. I started in early March with only my Wii Fit and I have lost over 50 pounds. I've really changed my eating habits too. I think I like the EA Sports Active play the best, but that will probably change.
