Permanent vs. heavy bag (hanging) punching bag?

I'm new to boxing, and I would like to start training a little more at home. I am hanging bags great for developing strength, but the truth is, my house is very old and would not be able to support one of the ceiling. Getting a bag stand would also be very expensive for me (I'm on a tight budget) and would take much space I really have not. My question is: Will training with a standing bag No negative impact on my training in the development of punching power? This is essentially what I intend to my punching bag for future use. The big difference is the fact that just one bag permanent waving or swinging like the hanging one. This movement is actually part of the training when working at the time of the shock and developing a rhythm
