Is it abnormal to have a very light period which lasts for 3 cups day?

It is always the time, only very slight and not longer than 3 days. When I was a teenager was a bit heavier and about 3 days and 2 days heavy spotting. But only sometimes heavy the first day, and lasts no more than 3 days (which is just spotting). I am now 24 years old.

deffinetaly is normal, do not worry:) I used to spend my mom. Fortunately, might even get away with Pantiliners.!
