Boot camp training are fashionable in recent years. Sometimes they are very organized events with dozens of athletes. They will meet in public parks or facilities to practice and run drills for hours. Teams will be formed, the work will be performed with precision clock and fitness will be made. Others are a little more hardcore. Strongman camps are emerging behind the gym on weekends and Wednesday night, and they take the training world by storm. Imagine an hour or two to move out, throwing tires on the heavy weights, and completion the ski binding while being grounded by your peers, loud music, and a brutal drill sergeant! Whatever type of Boot Camp where you choose to participate, there are some pieces of advice, you should follow to get the most out of your day.

Drink water

Staying hydrated is the most important key to surviving a training camp which lasted several hours outdoors. A cup every 15 minutes should be the minimum when you do a lot of sweat! Gatorade is also a safe choice – just watch the sugar intake.

Dress wisely

Check weather.com or your local weather channel to see what kind of items that you may face Outside the day of the event. Wear comfortable athletic shoes that have been broken in. Wear tight clothing which will still allow your skin to breathe. Many people who appear in baggy tracksuits and finally soaked in sweat, while others appear in a tank top and finish with a sunburn and scratches. In case of doubt, Under Armor gear is a popular choice among trainers of all levels. Wear a screen Solar and pack a pair of socks in your bag to change during the break.

Do not drive

If at all possible, drive to the camp with a friend or have someone drop you off. Driving home after you have driven to the absolute limit (much more than your normal gym sessions) may be something you're not physically capable of doing. Just to be sure, look in the catch a ride!

Pay attention

With the action so much going in many directions, it is likely that someone may enter in your lane or get in your way. If you are alert and aware of your environment, you should be able to avoid disaster. If you also do not watch where you go, an accident resulting in injury can occur. Always pay attention to others around you and if you think is a collision coming May, alert the other person. Prevention is better than cure!

Watch food

The last thing you want to do is eat a huge plate of pancakes and eggs before attempting to run, play, climb and sauté for 2 hours in the sun. eat a very light breakfast of easily digestible carbohydrates and protein with little fat for good measure. It's much easier to put more food into you (under a snack in your gym bag) that is to remove the food from your hand (under itinerary sick).
