I do not want big legs. . .?

So, I have a lateral twist stepper .. . Http: / / www.amazon.co.uk/Body-Sculpture-Twist-Stepper-Bungee/dp/B000VPMAUM I trying to lose weight. Tips on using this machine its full advantage? The information in the brochure is a load of balls! Also I really do not want big muscles in my legs, there ways to avoid this? The resistance on the machine can not be adjusted. Thanks:)

You will not gain muscle mass to do as it is low intensity I advice to you is for your little outbursts of high intesity followed by the rest do. Eg 20-40 seconds maximum intensity, followed by a 10-15 seconds rest, repeat this for 8 sets. BTW only way you lose fat is through high intensity work.
