HELP! I have a phone interview and I can not handle it!?

I've also got another interview, but I can not find details of the description work (in which the questions are based!) I dare not ask for another copy as I do feel stupid! I get very nervous when I'm talking to people and usually bluff my way through (and not getting the job) How do I prepare better. I am also an amputee (above the knee on the left side) and I feel stupid dropping one leg – Do you think it would be better to have the pant leg would be cut or even stranger? Always wear a black suit with a white blouse – Is it okay for an interview should invest in modern or otherwise? If so what?

If you are a user non-prosthesis may have left his pants cut and sewn so it does not hang or pin up. Shot in one pant leg is never a good thing. When I had to go with a prosthesis for a few months I cut several pairs of pants for this reason. What do you plan to carry it sounds good. Be honest with your potential employer.
