Nike is one of the most famous names in the world of sports wear. It is particularly well known for its line of shoes for athletes, and many course it is also a wide range of other sports clothing and equipment and accessories.

Therefore, it can double as a wristwatch particularly elegant for everyday use.

However, it also incorporates all the basic functions of a cardiac monitor quality. It lets you put your heart target zone and an alarm sounds when you fall above or below this area during your training.

In addition, there two countdown timers that let you switch between easy and difficult for interval training or run alternate and training on foot.

The monitor also includes a calorie counter, giving you a reading of the calories you burned during your workout, allowing you to set goals for weight loss for your work-outs.

The device has an excellent light back and is water resistant. This may not seem a necessary, but in fact resistance to water means that your sweat will not be able to enter the monitor and affect the mechanism.

The Imara is designed for women. You'll pay a little extra for the ultra-chic and the name of Nike. If they are important to you, then it may well be the heart rate monitor for you.
