Treadmill Tredmill

i cannot run on a treadmill, so the speed of walking is good or just as good?
I love running, I've tried and I can do for about 10 minutes but just get sick of it.I prefer speedwalk of 30 and not puffing and about to vomit. speedwalking so will still give me the benefits of running on a Tredmill?
With all due respect to those who think that walking is "as good" as running, I disagree. When walking, either walking or power walking race, always have at least one foot on the ground. When running, you should use different muscles in order to propel yourself off the ground. Therefore, more muscle used and thus more muscle gain some benefit. If you are relatively new to the sport, trying to take something called "fartlek" as a way to disrupt the race. Although this is a training technique that usually suggested for more advanced riders (which may be the formation of a marathon), is a good way to have a good time while running. So how do you do? Well, if you're on the road, I would do by varying the speed which it is running. Once you arrive, for example, 1 / 4 mile, you might consider slowing to a brisk walk for a minute or so, so just to get some air. Choose some time later as a telephone pole, or a fire hydrant, and decides that begins to run once you arrive at that point. Repeat that 2 or 3 times the sequence. From there, you can try some hills, but not too steep at first. When setting up the hill we work hard. Take it for what it can, and then turn around and walk back down! Upon reaching the bottom, or the beginning of the street, back out the original street and follow along with whatever rhythm that was running before. Watch what you are doing here, because it is a definite pattern. "Hard, easy, difficult, easy." In other Thus, one could say "work, rest, work, rest. It is much the same kind of philosophy used by weight lifters, which could make bicep curls today, but will not do any bicep work the next day. Always remove the 24 hours after training. Reason? To avoid injury by overworked muscles. If you are indoors on a treadmill, there is no other way to do the same as above. If you have a "good" treadmill, one that can tilt the ramp, which would be a good way to simulate hills. Anything that makes you work harder is good for a workout, and will maximize the overall benefit. You mentioned "puffing" and that is something to take note. There is nothing "wrong" with puffing … at the right time. However, there one reason why you're doing that, and that is to get more oxygen to the rest of the body. You see, when you work hard, that taxes the muscles, which in turn requires more oxygen. A good rule of thumb is the harder I work (as in the management front walk) more oxygen it needs. The human body is require, and "puffing" is one way of achieving this. I'm sure you've heard about "aerobics". In short, "aerobic" means "in the presence of oxygen." It is truly one of the most easily understood terms that could throw you. But the point is that you know will improve over time, their lungs are developing more and more as we continue to work them! Think of them as the muscles. When you work several muscles are bigger and stronger. His heart and lungs need to be worked to "build" them too. Not many years ago, I worked out at a gym nearby. Many of the men were there just to "pump iron", and rarely saw them go on tape. These rates were much younger than me and yet, when I saw a road race, they all finished behind me! Why? Well, it was not because I'm fast, because I'm not fast! Simply because this look can be great amateur on the beach, but did nothing for them otherwise. All received breath several times during the career, and had to stop more than once! In any case, the important thing is to have fun. Running is the best way I know to create a strong heart, so keep the good work, even if only in bits and pieces.
