Training Yoga

The combination of yoga and weight training (one immediatelly after the other) … good idea?
I like to do both yoga and training weights. I usually do (light) free weights minutes before doing yoga or vice versa. Does weight lifting just before me less flexible yoga for yoga or is one affects the other in any way or form?. Is there a benefit of doing an activity rather than the other?
I prefer doing yoga past, because then I very relaxed when finished. But I've also found doing yoga weights before my muscles slighly sheets exhausted, what makes yoga a little more. So maybe it is better to do yoga first, because then the muscles are warm but not too tired. And you can always cut your workout in half as well – do more vigorous yoga first, change weights, then finish with the most relaxing yoga poses.
