Looking for a good set of weights for use during training?

Okay I expected to find some weights that could be used to do my exercises cardio and if possible something that could use work while requiring little thing, and although I'm not sure I can find it. I'm looking for some, but I wonder if anyone has had success with any. I'm looking more for the legs there are some with a belt for some of the thighs and ankles. I have much less time for weight training and is now seeking something that could increase the weight too much
