One of the tools a professional seller uses to minimize the impact of a high price is the price break down into smaller steps, as such, "the cost of this widget is only $ 3000" Perhaps best described as "Your total investment in this widget is only 100 Per day for the next 30 days. "
With the title of this article, I use this same principle in reverse. I mentioned ridiculous goal that the reader is most likely not be reached … or can it?
Breaking this concept down. One of the most difficult things about getting started on a fitness and exercise program is the mental thought lengthy sessions in the gym or your own exercise room. The first two sessions are actually not bad, and in fact may even be pleasant, it is the one after that in which the motivation starts to set in.
So what if you only had to look forward to say 15 minutes a day 4 days a week to say 24 weeks? Do you see what we have done 4 days per week times 15 minutes times 24 weeks = 24 hours. Now, do we really achieve fitness Total with this commitment? Probably not, but if you do nothing now and start with an easy goal to achieve, and actually sticking with him because he is easy, you may well be surprised at the result.
So what shall we do for 15 minutes a day? If you've been doing nothing, are elderly or who have conditions harmful to health, you should always consult your physician before starting any exercise treatment. None of following routines can help get you started on the path to a habit, experts say you only have to repeat an action 21 times for it becomes a habit.
1) 15 minutes of stretching, some exercises a good stretching routine gets your body has warmed, and make you less vulnerable to injury.
2) 15 minute walk on your treadmill, or better still, a nice walk time outside.
3) 15 minutes lifting light weights – studies show that older adults who engage in light lifting moderate weight, are more mobile, more alert and live longer.
4) 15-minute roller – an aerobic exercise really good.
5) 15 minutes of moderate cycling
6) 15 minutes of gymnastics – you remember those years that you used to hate school. And as ad added advantage of lack of required equipment.
Another roadblock from a exercise program is finding the time.
My remedy for this is to exercise while watching the evening news, it is generally not as it is really important if you miss wonÂ't much, and it usually lasts longer than 15 minutes, you may actually stretch your routine 30-45 minutes without knowing it.
Give it a try, it should work!
