Advice on the design / body toning in 5 weeks? HELP?

hey there, im not overweight, I weigh 55kg and im 16. although im on a break with my bf for 4 or 5 weeks and really want to get rid of my pot belly and big thighs laughing before we get back together! im not stressing about wanting to lose weight, but I'm definitely on the stress loose ugly fat in these two specific areas on me. (abdomen and thighs) so PLEASEEEEEEEEEEE anyone help me out. where I plan to do one hours training 2 times a week and half hours train 3 times per week. im eating below 1000 calories per day. I seriously do this so please help!

Okay, I would say email / contact me, I can guide you through these weeks, but for now I will spill some. If you eat 1000 calories or below make sure they are good calories. Cut all: Rubbish Junk Food Fast Food Bread (wheat bread Unless 70-90 Calories / Slice) fat Fried Foods Buttery Sweet Sugary Foods Dairy foods each (except Fat Free Cream Cheese) Do not eat out. Here's what you should eat. Of these foods supplement for medical purposes, listen. Lean / Low Fat Turkey & roast beef, very low in calories as 50 per serving. Wheat bread, as I said 70 calories per slice is what I get. baby carrots, very filling, Snacky food, you can even eat with fat free ranch. Grapes, filling. Tuna, probably the best you can eat. With lemon juice is amazing. Protein foods, can help tone, muscle-wise. Ummm, ya, popcorn is good, here's the catch. Get an "air as Popper for $ 20 and pop the corn, so that no oil or butter. Very freakin fill. To add spice to your sandwich, mustard, tomatoes, onions and pickles, very low in calories … all of them. … What to break with your bf? lol … But seriously, so long and you're 16, your metabolism runs high … so you can lose weight, but not go crazy and binge eating … not eat much before going to bed .. Eat every few hours … Seriously, eat what your mother does NOT! They probably added oils, butter or whatever … all high in calories … worst thing you can do is eat pizza, onion rings, Taco Bell … this will back you want 3-4 days … I'm not the greatest expert, but I've helped a lot of people with their diet and I've done my research … If you need motivation … well … that applies to you, if you need assistance or if you feel like killing that muffin or ice … push down some tuna and carrots ..
