It's so rare. quad muscle is much stronger than the other!?
It's so rare. quad muscle is much stronger than the other!? this is really weird. im fifteen if that matters, and I also had knee surgery on my knee recently, the right in July, left in August. anyway, I recently noticed that my right quad muscle is much stronger and toned and well defined than my left. I am a dancer and dance i about 15 hours a week. I never realized befre that until I was doing leg lifts with the thing under the same weight … and I could barely lift 20 pounds with the left leg, but could make a million with the right. How can I get even?! Many thanks.
and the right hand is always stronger than his left. is natural, but if you want to take stock I would say that should lift weights on your left, not right.
