Tier Dumbbell
What is the blue ring pastic in this "M10 nut"?
I'm putting together a two-tier dumbbell rack, and there are these "bolt M10 * 23 ", alleged to be in screw" M10 ", but this" M10 "by a blue ring inside of them, which seems to be plastic. Do I pick them out, or pull the bolt through it? Thank you.
It is produced as a "Nylock", it is made of nylon and is the mother of the screw block. Just screw up, it will prevent the mother from solving by mistake.
