Every year about this time, a lot of people trying decide to get in shape all at once. That also means that there are a lot of different home fitness systems and crazy diet plans that companies try to create just-in-time for the latest New Year\’s resolution.
One new fitness fad is something that is being called a door gym. What this devices is, it is a series of resistance bands, that is attached to the door. On either end of the bands you can attach handles or straps to do exercises with.
These new types of equipment are very cost effective and offer an interesting alternative to the much larger and bulkier home fitness systems that many people grew up with. It might not reproduce everything you can get in the gym, but it does offer something different.
The Weider X-Factor is the latest innovation from Weider to hit the market. This gym is similar to others yet. It is designed perhaps maybe a little bit better. Also, it is cheaper than most gyms.
The system is very simple to setup. You attach it to a door, using special clips in the resistance bands will connect to handle select straps. From there, you just are working out using your body parts to do harm or leg or core exercises.
The system is so easy to set up that you literally just clip the four corners to the door and attach the handles and you\’re ready to go. Entire process only takes minutes. A comparable system from Bow flex or another company would take you hours to set up and put together.
Pricing might be an issue for some people, but the system actually isn\’t nearly as expensive as it could be. At only around $100. This is something that almost anyone can afford, and when you compare that to bow flex type system. The price difference is dramatic.
That being said, the Weider X-Factor is a great value and a very interesting new product. If you\’re looking to get in shape, you really should consider this system. After all, if you just do this three times a week for 30 minutes of time, you?d be in shape before you know it.
