Beyonce Rediscovered herself as Sasha Fierce

Every scandal needs new CD release and scuttle and I Am. / Sasha Fierce is no different.

First there was the changing of the name Beyonce. Say her name in vain.

"I have someone else that takes over when it's time for me to work and when I am on stage, this alter ego that I've made that kind of protects me and who I really am, "she said.

According to Beyonce, "Fierce" is the nickname she has given to the more racy side of her personality

"Sasha Fierce is fun, more sensual, more aggressive, more outspoken side and more glamorous side that comes when I work and when I am on stage," said them.

And then there were the rumors of the song "If I Were A Boy" is written for Beyonce, Beyonce or not.

The hype and the excitement is mounting weeks. And finally it is here.

From what we can tell, the CD picks up where she left off in the past – booty shaking, head bobbing, club hopping jam mixed with a little introspection and sentimentality. All in all not a bad listen to hitting the club and once you're jamming.

Besides music, Beyonce … uhmmm … Sasha Fierce is making a name for himself in films. You may recall seeing her in Carmen: A Hip Hop Rock Opera years ago and recently, "Dream Girls." Everyone thought … maybe even Beyonce .. she would get an Oscar nod for her work in "Dream Girls." Jennifer Hudson, however, stole the show and proved everyone wrong.

I will pick up I Am. / Sasha Fierce? You can bet on. There is just so much hype around it. I do not want to miss a thing.
