I think I have an eating disorder. How do I tell my parents, so I can help?

I am currently 14, 15 to 11 days, and I'm pretty sure I have an eating disorder. Sometimes I eat a bowl of cereal in the morning, but do not eat until I go to bed something else, except maybe an apple. I eat do not eat, I avoid it entirely. I say, I'll eat it later, to my parents, and then leave it. Some days I just do not eat at all. And I always go out and walk the fields in a circle until I burn 500-600 calories on my pedometer. I sit down from 1200-ups on my machine – every other night. I always obsessed with how I look, and it makes me depressed a lot, too. I hate to eat my food when I eat end up with at night. I just want to help, so I speak to anybody and can rediscover their normal lives. How do I tell my parents so that they can get help? I also have OCD, they know, although it is much better than before be. If these questions?
