Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is one of the best forms of martial arts self defense and it focuses mainly on the fight to ground. It has been around for a long time, but it did not really become popular until the 1990s. It is ideal for all ages May if there are some for children too. She usually teaches you how to use your attackers strength against them.

Overall there are a few different martial arts to choose the form and those mentioned above are only some of them.
