How strength training at home?

I am engaged to a police officer, and the need for serious shape.I 'm only 5.4 "and 115 pounds, and I'm a girl. I should be able to keep up with the boys, so I must do some serious strength. I have a small child, so I have no time to go to the gym. What kind of strength I can to prepare the home for police training?

Hello, you start by purchasing a regular bank, a variety of free weights ranging from 5 pounds to 20 pounds, leg weights that strap around your ankles 3 pounds and 5 pounds, and maybe one of those rubber stretch bands. This allows you a complete workout weight. You can many of these devices are used to. If you buy a copy of Shape magazine, they have much strength training / weight workouts and lots of good information there. I would start by something serve as a warm-up stretching and then jogging around the block for the beginning of weight training. You should train every other day with weights, your muscles time to recover, 3 days per week minimum. On other days you can speed walk, walk, jog or bike for 30 minutes or more. Take one days per week. Good luck! You can do it!
