How do you keep your bra straps fall down?

I have tied around the back yard of my bra straps to keep it working, but I can not use some shirts because you can see the yarn or the back is too low cut. The bra I do not have a yarn is so uncomfortable because the tires will fall down in 2 minutes, how other women keep their bra straps fall down?
