After buying the P90X program to give your opinion … I decided to try their bands, so I bought a set of tapes exercise they offer.

It comes with 10 bands plus 3 sets of handles.

It costs about $ 80 dollars and then you must spend another $ 10 for entry door with a safety strap. So I ran around 90 million dollars for tapes

Here are the main points on the B-band lines of resistance:

Handles:

The 10 bands of series resistance has come with 3 innings. You can easily remove the rubber bands and replaced by another very easily.

One thing I did not like it it does not allow you to attach more than one band to the handle unlike bodylastics or Golds Gym resistance bands. So you need some bands of different resistances to get a decent workout.

Latex Elastic

The B-Lines resistance bands, like so many others are made of latex, so if you are allergic to latex, you probably will not be able to use these files. Most bands are made of latex, so if you are allergic … you may consider to use dumbbells

Exercising with the B-Lines Bands

The B-band lines as most others are great to workout with the only part I disliked is that the handles are made of hard plastic so it is almost impossible to use them to perform exercises pull down. You may need to buy a handful separately made from nylon.

The bands are portable and fit right in with the principle of "muscle confusion."

Muscle Confusion Principle

Muscle confusion is the principle of changing your habits to keep your body guessing. The human body is very smarts to adapt to its environment and seek to maintain homeostasis.

If you've reached a plateau that you will need to bring changes in your diet and your exercise routine. Why limit your choices when you can have it all? So confusion is actually a good thing.

Another way to add variety to a program of the impasse would be to move from B-Lines resistance bands, free weights, changing machine weights, or do a combination.

Free weights are good for working your stabilizer muscles that intersect across the landscape of your body. Resistance bands have the added advantage of applying a voltage to each movement, while being easy on the joints. In all B-Lines resistance bands are a quality product even if I think you can find better and better prices.

Final Thoughts:

Make sure that the resistance bands you use are from a good quality manufacturer. Bands that are of poor quality… similar to plain old “rubber bands” lose their elasticity over time.
