Step Calorie

How can I go the next step in weight loss?
Recently I've been doing lots of fitness and have managed to lose about 2 stone buy only running. I lost weight quickly by running 3 miles a night 3 times a week. I'm trying to do 4 miles 3 times a week, but the weight does not come so fast I have to lose 1 ½ stone to be my desired weight can someone please help me make my goal? What should be my calorie intake to make this amount of exercise?
