Recipe for anti static spray?

I suffer from static shocks and I purchased a anti-static spray that I use often to spray clothing from that stick to me. Do not dry clothes in a clothes dryer and wear rubber-soled mostly. I had a static ground strap to put in my car all in vain. Is there anyone out there has a recipe for anti-static spray?
