Stamina InMotion E1000 Elliptical Trainer?
I look forward to ellipses … and I came across this elliptical trainer … Is it any good? Suggestions … I think that I lose a little, like before this summer, this would be an inexpensive way to do this? Or at least help … I am a full-time student and I work part time and have an internship part-time, so it is difficult to go to the gym, so it would be something in my house by benefit … THANKS
I would suggest looking for a good quality used elliptical. Check out Classifieds (paper and internet). I was in a position to several pieces of studio-quality to find virtually nothing. I was able to get a gym-quality elliptical, exercise bike and stepper motors for less than what my crappy Proform Treadmill Cost new. I've even seen ads free items when you come and pick you up. If you live in a dorm, I am sure that space can be a problem, so that this item could be better, in fact elliptical for you, as a full size. Customers generally there were good reviews at Amazon and a few other sites. You might also want you examine an old school step aerobics bench. That's what I used to stay in shape, while back in school (in the dark ages!). It is under Push your bed when not in use and can be found really cheap. I lost 35 kg in the first half done in school, because I ALL of my books in my Backpack and went wherever I was. I did not realize that I had lost so much, until my family responded so frightening when I came home for a visit. So be sure to walk to places you would normally go to, if that's possible (or cycling). Good luck!
