Where can I practice a hand spring back home?

I started underselling in gymnastics gymnast My coach told me not to do on the trampoline, undercutting home because I do not know where else to practice. I want to do in my bed, but the ceiling is low for Im gonna hit the roof. My mattress is queen size, so you can not remove my bed all the time. I do not know where else to practice Can I buy anything from the Academy or Walmart (not online) that can help? Everything else can help too

Well here's proof if you're too tall for the ceiling. Stand up and keep your hands up, if you just touch the ceiling you'll be fine. Just do it on grass, because it is much easier. Do not forget to stretch your wrists before.
