Sports Bra ….?

I started wearing a sports bra (all day) today. Before, I wore a training bra (above last year), but was too big. I do not like bras with hoop because I seem uncomftrable. My sports bra feels tight around gum, but I think it is too small. It? Is it just the way you feel?

Sports bras are supposed to be tight. They are made to maintain their breasts even in sports and is not recommended for everyday use daily.
