Kendo! What is the best type of bokken to buy, one of oak or bamboo? Bokken no shinai!?

Oh, buy Bokken oak ever (break), but why do you need a Bokken Kendo? I guess for when practicing at home … If the oak is stronger, and will work best for Kendo muscles (or Iaido, or any type of sword martial art), because it is heavier.
