Getting 8 children to sleep in your home-based, is a task with a bit of experience and know-how can be done without effort. How is it even possible to get all these children to nap at the same time? Well, IÂ'm here to tell you it is quite possible but you need some guidance and advice. ITA not an easy task, but who said anything in life was easy. Having no mean challenge your Life would be boring and you learn nothing wouldnÂ't. Some how I donÂ't think that's what God had in store for us.

The first tidbit of information is important to review the environment of sleeping in your care in a family environment. Children should have an area which is totally dark to sleep, and this area must be separated from other areas where there May that noise. Without the children will sleep distractions. These distractions May be the phone that rings or toys that are in the room. Children especially need to feel relaxed and fell asleep.

1. Fill all busy, energetic activities, exercise and outdoor play earlier in the day. I always say the shit to you all that energy out! If children have had an active morning, they are more inclined to take a nap in the afternoon enjoyable. Also avoid to give children candy or other sugar-related items. This only their geta too excited and ITA plan just bad for children's teeth.

2. Make sure you understand your children and who are good sleepers and those who are not. Try to separate children who fall asleep right Following those who do not and need assistance. The children who have problems with sleep and relaxation will need their back rubbed and should be directed to coated and do not leave their sleeping area.

3. For children who get up early make sure you have enough activities set aside for them, so they do not disrupt the rest of the sleeping children. Construction of a special box for an "early risersÂ" which all activities can be done quietly. In this way, children who sleep will have more time to rest. Riser your old box can contain books, stickers, coloring books, small game.

Getting all your children to daycare to sleep in the same time is a task that will be reached with testing and errors. It takes time and experimentation for you to learn what works and what does not.
