6 seconds abs, or is it 8?

hey just wondering if anyone of you have used the six seconds (or is it 8 seconds, I can not remember, lol) abs machine? If so do you think it works and it is worth buying? Cheers Michelle

would be if you are really in 6 seconds, all the while and there would be no one woud bother with other exercises. abs to work best with high repetitions. Pick 3 exercises and do 20 reps each with no rest between. to give one minutes rest and repeat 4 more times
