Living in the world today is extremely health conscious, we are all under a constant barrage of educational magazines and programs television to get healthy, get fit and stay healthy and stay fit. This is good if you have unlimited free time in your life and the willpower of a monk or nun to stay disciplined to a healthy diet, but not all of us lead such lives, sometimes we are too busy to exercise and eat healthily. This does not mean that we do not want to be in better health is just as we strive to find the time. So what hope is there for us, people who are always on the go, what can we do to get fit and stay fit?

Race or jogging is an excellent way to begin to mend itself. It costs very little to start and you can fit around any schedule or plans that you May, since you will not have to work at a table the time to run. It's something you can do almost all the time and it something that you can involve the family or even a boyfriend. The first thing you must do is be totally committed to the fact that you want get in shape and in better health if you can not give you that commitment then you do not give you the time or motivation to see the plan through.

The slow start is always the best way to go about getting yourself back into shape. It may have been some years since you tried to get in shape as you age and certain parts of your body refuse to do the things your brain does not like to do, so for that reason you must be strict with yourself and be patient. Always consult your doctor with your plans before you go ahead and try to get back fit, it may have some information for you as well as having some value health advice.

If your doctor is happy with your plans and see no problem for which you should not get back into shape, then you must make sure that you set yourself a schedule for the coming week you to perhaps four windows where you could go run, but put yourself a target of at least three out of four times. This way, if for any reason you can not take any of the tracks you're not too discouraged or unmotivated you will always have a spare slot later in the week. Always be realistic about your goals and be yourself, some days you managed well and others you will have run like a dog with three legs. On these days we must remember that even if you do not run so you are always at least running.

Do not wear your old shoes when you go running because they are probably not designed for racing and put excessive pressure on joints and muscles. Many people do not run with a ground foot correction and again this will put extra pressure on joints and muscles and over time can cause injury.

And finally, always warm up and stretch properly before you try to run as you will at some point damage to a muscle if you do not like and always remember to warm down at the end of the race. You badly for the first few runs that you continue but soon your body will use for the extra work you ask of him. Soon you'll have no trouble in finding time to stay form and will be looking for ways to get yourself even fitter still.
