There is no doubt that with a good pitching has its advantages. You can build the arms, back, shoulder and upper body strength to stick the hand-eye coordination and improve batting technique if you use the machine properly. If a superior engine is used, you can bet that the quality of the rest of the machine is top too. Leeson is a motor used on some pitching machines. Another element is costly wheel tire. I suggest not to buy a machine with a solid rubber tire. When they get older, they can literally break off and cause injury. I actually seen this happen. Also these models with solid rubber tires if you need to replace the tire you may need to buy the tire and wheel because the tire is usually glued or attached to the wheel.

For the group of older players from middle school through high school Curveball models of two-wheel pitching machines should be used.
