HELP! Rowing exercise machine?

Hi I just brought a treadmill and rowing when I pull the drop until its so hard to pull, but when it falls down is easy to surpose THT? you must take in order to detach? or is possibel to loosen yaself please HELP! Yes, it is supposed to happen. Pushing the lever speed increases-which means they have to work harder in each stroke, but each one will take you further. A bit like changing gears on a motorcycle. For my team crew training usually leave the lever about 3.5 or 4. If you have not rowed before or just not very strong, you should probably lower it. If you're really strong, push up. PS: Only the wisdom Generally, if you have not rowed in the past, please have someone who has shown how to do it correctly. Or at least watch a video on youtube or something. Your workouts will not be effective if done incorrectly it can hurt and very fast, it's not fun.
