Im thinking about jumping rope for cardio. I was wondering if this a good idea, and how long I should do it for
There are few things as well as jumping rope for cardio.Its too big for co-coordination/agility. Do this as long as you can. There is a book that shows all types of large / fancy ways to do tricks, etc. There are also a number of different ropes available. You can weighted handles and beaded ropes are great. You can combine a step workout. Good for you!
