24 hours a day. 60 minutes in an hour. 1440 minutes per day. This couch potato burn a minimum of 1584 calories per day. Probably more like … 1728, since I do not spend all day in bed sleeping. Just blink your eyes, apparently, is enough to increase my calories to 1.2, 1.3 calories per minute. On days when I train, I burn about 2400-2650 calories, depending on BodyBugg ™ I wear. Violin teacher told him my daughter always: "Practice only on days you eat." Obviously, if I want to eat, I need to work out – every day I plan to eat!

Research has shown that people who are agitated lose more weight than those who are quiet and still all day. I attribute those calories additional driving, talking, walking and carrying my gym bag.

The good news: The mere fact standing, preparing lunch, burned almost 100 more calories per hour!

Your job you fat? Without doubt, my job is not to help me lose weight, I'm sitting at a desk most of the day, using a PC. If you work at a sedentary job, you have eight hours professional couch potato time to fight. What can we do?

1. Brown Bag it and exercise during lunch. This helps to three ways: First, you control calories and portion sizes. Bring your lunch the night before or after breakfast when you do not hungry. Secondly, you get up and move. Do not wolf, just down the sandwich at your desk – get up and move. Go to the gym if there is one nearby and taking at least 20-30 minutes of cardio alive. Take a walk around the block or around the office building. Thirdly, you save money, because eating out every day – even eat at the cafeteria of the company – is becoming expensive.

2. Park farther from the entrance. Same small walks add up. This guarantees you the morning and evening. If it's sunny in the morning and it was raining when you leave, you might even get a good Race!

3. Take the stairs. This seems obvious, but the elevators are convenient and … Well, it's work not enough work? No Take the stairs. If you work on the ground floor, add a few flights of stairs to your lunchtime walk.

4. Sit, stand, waving. Try working in a squat little each time you sit or stand during the day. Or increase your toes ten times, each time you hold.
