How to find a good MD?

Does anyone know how to find a good doctor? I am a person with multiple health problems and I have a new PAIN edition .. paralyzing pain. This began in the back and has now moved into my legs, arms, neck, etc. .. I can hardly move. I had all the evidence, MRI CsCAN X-rays, blood tests, no other abnormal findings that moderate arthritis in the spine. All this started about 2 years. But when I go to my doctor looks at me like I'm nuts and think that everything imaginating. What can I do. I just do not think he wants to help me, and usually end up leaving his office in tears. I probibly should mention that I am diabetic, I have PVC and stops the heart, and low immunity.

I too have the came as conditions and more. First, try going to a university hospital and the department of pain management. They will be more inclined to try things to help and they will have seen problems like yours. If you do not have a university hospital, find a pain clinic or pain specialist at your local hospital.
