What are some good exercises boxing glove punch?

I've been hitting a heavy bag, pear, shadow boxing for about 3 months. The Last week I had some gloves at once, and a friend of mine has been helping to train. My question is, what are some training exercises with good punch gloves? Rounds should be doing as I do 3 minutes on the heavy bag? If so, how many rounds? Any suggestions would be appreciated.
