"FraudProtection" charges to my debit card $ 4.95 each month. How can I get this thing?

I never signed up for any system of protection against fraud. I am a college student who saves every dollar to live on ramen noodles, and there is someone stealing from $ 4.95 my bank account every month for the last 6 months. The amount of $ 4.95 is always charged under the name FRAUDPROTECTION. How do I get rid of this leech?

The bank can tell you that you are taking the money. I learned that you can buy something online and have a link that says get a coupon to fill our survey. And the next thing you know, are pulling money from your account, information provided by the company it bought. (Jo-Ann's Fabrics is one of the companies of evil). Tell the bank that gave permission and asked them to stop. And contact the company who is taking the money and tell them you want to cancel. Keep a record what you call, get the names, etc. You may have to close the account and open a new, although I was able to resolve quickly.
