Pro Wristwrap

Many bodybuilders and weightlifters use wristbands as a means of strengthening the hand and forearm grip on the bar while doing heavy compound lifts, such as rows or takeoffs. Others feel that the use of shelters is counterproductive to the goals of bodybuilding, and that the long-term use of secrecy leads to underdeveloped forearms, biceps, and grip strength. But which side is correct? There are three main schools of thought when it comes to envelop the use of the wrist at the gym.

All time

Some coaches use wrist wraps all the time. They cite security reasons. They believe that the grip / forearms always provided before a back, so it's always better to use wraps to secure the back get a complete workout. Many athletes who subscribe to the 'all-time theory "With How often additional biceps, forearm and grip work to compensate for lack of work of these groups are indirect as a result of the wrappers used.

Some of the time

For some athletes, their coats are like a belt or knee Wraps – just another tool in the box that is useful to times. When you go to maximum poundage in major joint use. Beyond that, no bother. They believe part of functional strength is being able to maintain a heavy bar, and should be done as frequently as possible. However, they also recognize the importance of using tools to improve performance. Moreover, as most of the biceps tear injuries occur during heavy deadlifts or rows, this school of thought calls for the wrist straps whenever the weight is moved approaches the "dangerous" level.

None of the time

Some purists see wristbands as a crutch, used by those willing to develop your forearms and grip strength to hold bars. These people are common in intermediate circles but less so in advanced circles, where most world class deadlifters to use wrist straps most of the time.

Who is correct? As with many topics of discussion for bodybuilding, the determining the "best" theory is difficult. The best approach is to give the best results in the shortest amount of time for the coach. If it works better is the best! Try using the straps for practice, training and try without them. Finding your own solution. And above all do not be afraid of zapping, and treat different methods from time to time to keep the body guessing – and growing!
