I do not want to do roids but any ideas?

OK, so I guess you can call me a "pro" swimmer. I would get really good and go well with swimming and I wondered what kind of vitamins or something that can take what is good and my body to replenish any lost chemical things. I eat a lot of junk food and probly should not. Definitely will not do steroids But what should I try?

how bout not eating junk food, that might work …! just try to swim and do other exercises as often as possible, try to really work on the shoulders and legs. you need most
