Power Lifting

Competitive athletes can improve their performance by focusing on four objectives conditioning athletics.
Athletics is a general term used to describe exercises and games requiring physical skill. The components of athletics can be decomposed four major objectives of the basic package:
* Strength
* Power
* Speed
* Agility
As an athlete, it is crucial understand the importance of each and how each component relates to others. Having been involved as a competitive athlete and now a coach for over four decades, I can see that each of these four basic components is essential for optimal performance on the field.
He was told in training environments, there are three subjects that give rise to an immediate debate. Politics, Religion, and technical training. Coaches American power and researchers work to perform independently and often in direct competition with each other. There are different "Camp" training methods, each working in direct competition. I witnessed a very heated discussion between coaches of different camps. There are a number of forums on the Internet that are advocates of the training program last. In the United States, researchers wish to compete for publications and grants, often keeping their data and ideas to themselves for fear that another laboratory published similar studies. There is often a sense competition between coaches and researchers in the United States rather than cooperation.
Watch an NFL football game, then ask yourself some questions. Which team has used only free weights? Which team has used only machines? Which team has followed the training methods the "Hit" camp? Which team has used only Olympic lifts? Which team has followed "Power lifting protocols" can you tell just by looking at the game? Is it important? What I see are people who show some athleticism "great". It is obvious they formed the four basic components at some time during their athletic career. If athletes want to compete on a professional career prolonged, they pay better attention to the components of the "strength, power, speed and agility.
Thus training program to use? Which one is the absolute best? What do you think of the budding athlete want to use? That's what I learned, after four decades training. Are you ready for the best kept secret in the world of strength and conditioning? OK, here goes … THEY ALL WORK! I know you can not handle the truth .
Why the former USSR and Eastern Europeans dominated the world arena in Olympic sports, especially in the prime event type common? Because the Soviet coaches have worked together with scientists to test performance on the field and apply their theories. It There was no difference "between scientists and coaches as it is in America. In addition, the Soviets were firm believers in athlete training to learn the basic movements before teaching the complicated sport specific skills.
The competitive athletes need to train for the big four: strength, power, speed and agility. Mastery of these areas and you have an edge over your opponents.
