Plastic Speed

The exercises designed to improve lateral movement and direction changes are possible depending on acceleration, deceleration, changes in direction, many models of motion, simple sport-specific skills, and adequate rest periods. Here are a number of exercises plyometric you can do to improve your speed and agility.

1) Star Runs

You can start in the center of a box and assign a number to each corner. Sprint to each corner in a particular order. 4) Wave Run

Backpedal diagonally to the side left a distance of 5-yard and stop there. Then sprint diagonally towards the same direction and then stop. Turn back to left for second time and pause. Reverse your direction for one last time and march forward. Repeat the exercise, as indicated by your training program.

5) Cone Runs

Organize plastic cones randomly and run through for about 10 seconds. Make a lot of direction changes and motor patterns during the entire year.

6) T-Test

Sprint 10 meters, touching the ground. Slide to the left a distance of 5 yards and touch the ground. Do the same on the opposite side, but add 5 meters distance. Shuffle in the middle, touching the ground, then turn upside down to your starting point.
