Pilates or trampoline?

I need to lose weight. I know for me to lose weight, I do exercise and diet. The problem with me is that I have any form of exercise. I can not get out and walk, because I do not live in the safest place, and I can not afford a gym. I also have many physical problems, especially knees. My joints pop out of place, and is very painful. I'm going out tomorrow, so I can buy something for me to exercise. My question is, do I pilates buy a kit or a mini trampoline? I have about 40 pounds to lose, so I need something that really works. Thanks for your answers.

Kit Pilates will help tone, but will not help you lose 40 pounds noncardiovascular cause. The mini trampoline that helps with that, but I do not know if that would be a good bad idea together. If you can not walk in their neighborhood, try the mall. If that is not possible, buy a tape or the elliptical machine. Probably the best would ask your doctor what he recommends, and it is always wise to check with him before starting any exercise routine.
