There’s been a lot of talk about The Panic Puzzle recently so I thought it was time for a Panic Puzzle Review. I took a look at the course and here’s a summary of what I discovered.
The panic puzzle is a very complete system consisting of both written material and recordings.
As with many programs these days, The Panic Puzzle is a digital product. One advantage of this is that it is immediately available when you order.
To lay groundwork for what is to come, the course begins with a discussion of the physiology fear anxiety and panic.
With this background completed, it’s time to find out what to do about anxiety and panic attacks.
The author lays out a series of exercises in a sequential, step-by-step system. As you go through them, you develop skills that ultimately help you free yourself from fear and anxiety.
Rather, the program consists of a series of exercises that both give you insight and teaches skills. Each one gradually builds on the preceding until you are eventually able to face any situation as currently troubling to you with complete calm.
I was initially surprised to find an extensive section on time management. The author explains that a common obstacle people have to doing the exercises that they don’t have enough time (even though the exercises really don’t take that much time). In addition, the author’s goal was not just to eliminate panic attacks but to improve improve the quality of people’s lives.
The program also includes material on goal setting and time management. Though this may not at first seem to have much to do with the treatment of fear and anxiety, the author explains why these are an important part of The Panic Puzzle.
After going through this program I’ve come to the conclusion that is well worthwhile and very likely to be effective for anyone who actually uses it. It comes with an excellent guarantee so there’s no reason not to try it.
